BOOKING CONDITIONS
All reservation MUST be confirmed to Seafarer Divers Co Ltd by Email, LINE OR WHATSAPP.
Seafarer Divers Co Ltd will confirm all reservation requests within 24 hours.
In case immediate confirmation is not possible, principals will be informed of the booking status.
Option: A booking will be temporarily reserved for 7 days to arrange travel. After 7 days of non-deposit or full payment of service fee, we may consider NULL and VOID the confirmed reservation and be free of the allotment space.
JTB (JOIN TOUR BASIS)
A reservation is made after the receipt of a 30% deposit or the full payment in the case of bookings within 30 days before commencement of services.
The balance of 70% is due no later than 30 days prior to commencement of services and must be paid to Seafarer Divers Co Ltd in Thai Baht by cash, credit card, “Swift Telex transfer”, “Wise Transfer” or Bank Transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
JTB (Join Tour Basis): More than 30 days before the commencement of services we retain 10% of full payment, and within 30 days we retain 100% of the total service fee.
Private Charter: More than 60 days before the commencement of services we retain 10% of full payment, Between 60-30 days we retain 50% of the total service fee, and within 30 days we retain 100% of the total service fee.
We strongly recommend obtaining cancellation insurance and travel insurance covering the activities and sports they intend to undertake
REMARKS
Private cruises aboard the MV Andaman Seafarer are only possible on request for cruises of 2 to 6 diving days depending on availability.
JTB (Join-Tour Basis) cruises aboard the MV Andaman Seafarer are possible by individuals, a group of friends or a club and Seafarer Divers will supplement the available places with the exception of a cruise booked privately. A minimum of 10 participants is required to ensure confirmation of a regular cruise. All regular cruises are not necessarily full and do not hesitate to contact us to find out the availability of free places.

Koh Haa Yai – Hin Daeng – Hin Muang
– 08:00 – 09:30 – First dive at “Cathedral Caves” (Koh Haa N° 5) at the islands of Koh Haa Yai.
– 09:30 – 18:30 – Navigation and breakfast on the way to the two pinnacles of Hin Daeng & Hin Muang, second dive, lunch, third dive and late afternoon dive if the weather is favorable.
– 18:30 – 07:00 – Navigation, dinner and overnight at the islands of Koh Haa Yai.

– 06:00 – 09:30 – Navigation and first dive at a dive site which will have to be chosen between different dive sites at the island of Koh Torinla (Koh Torinla Pinnacle, Koh Torinla Reef, Koh Torinla Swift passage) or at the island of Koh Surin Tai (West Boulder City, Wave Breaker, Ao Pak Kaad, Turtle Ledge, Hin Kong) or at the island of Koh Surin Nua (Southern Point, Hin Rap or Koh Chin).
– 09:30 – 17:00 – Navigation, breakfast on the way, second dive, lunch and third dive à Richelieu Rock.
– 17:00 – 06:00 – A late afternoon dive at Richelieu Rock (Optional) or navigation to Koh Tachai or Koh Bon for a night dive (Optional), navigation and dinner on the way and overnight at the island of Koh Similan (N°8 – Donald Duck Bay) or at the island of Koh Bangu (N°9 – Mooring Bay).

– 06:00 – 18:30 – Navigation and first dive at Hin Pusa pinnacles (N°7 – Elephant Rock, Southern Elephant Rock Pinnacle), breakfast, second dive at the island of Koh Payu (N°6 – East of Eden, Deep Six, West of Eden, Lobster’s City Reef), lunch and third dive at the island of Koh Ha (N°5 – Anita Reef, Batfish Bent, Mooring Bay) or the island of Koh Miang (N°4 – Honeymoon Bay, Stonehenge or Princess Bay).

– 06:00 – 11:30 – Navigation, first dive, breakfast, second dive, lunch and third dive at Hin Phae pinnacles (Shark Fin Reef: Boulder City, Castle Rock, Coral Garden, drift dive along Shark Fin Reef).
– 11:30 – 18:30 – Navigation, lunch and sunset dinner on the way back to Chalong Bay Marina in Phuket.
– 18:30 – 20:30 – Disembarking and transfer to the SHA+ hotel.
